Bookclub Book #26 Release

The votes are in! A few anyway, but we’re ready to push ahead with our next book: The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs. Now this particular novel has some serious potential with that handy readers guide attached to the end AND a sequel waiting in the wings for us – that is if we get all into this one and want to read more. Who knows? It very well could happen.

You know the deal, Chicken Lit’ers: download an audible, head over to the local library, visit Barnes & Noble, or get a copy from Amazon here: The Friday Night Knitting Club. The book #26 web page resides in the right-hand sidebar under ‘Books‘. Keep an eye out for reading timelines and links to discussion posts, as the page will be updated often.

Got a new reader for us? We’re a fun loving bunch always welcoming newbies. And we’re extremely cool, too. Extremely.

Thank you for choosing this book. I am listening to it now! Hope that you have a great read! So who is in on this book, besides you and I?

  2. You are very welcome – thanks for listening! Not sure just yet who else is in on this with us, but I will keep you updated as I find out. I’ll get started reading right now in the meantime… can’t wait any longer. πŸ™‚

I’ll join in on this one. I’ve already read it once, and I have a great reason to read it again! Whoo hooo!!

  4. @bigdogmompam – Great to have you in on this one! Do you think you’ll be reading the sequel, “Knit Two”? Or have you already done that? Anyway, welcome. πŸ™‚

  5. @all – Finished ch 10 tonight and started sifting through questions in the ‘Readers Guide’ for posting. ALERT: Some of the printed guide questions contain spoilers, so avoid the guide if you have the hard copy version! In the meantime, I’m ready to start the first discussion and will make it ‘live’ online tomorrow. Hopefully, we’ll have a few Chicken Lit’ers ready to comment? I sure hope so!

Merriest of Christmases to you!! πŸ™‚
