Meet Me in Venice
Our bookclub has never before featured an Elizabeth Adler novel, and yet we are hopeful that the author’s style will capture our interest. Perhaps we’ll enjoy this selection enough to add another one of Ms. Adler’s novels to our list? We shall see!
This time, we’re looking at 374 pages covering 79 (!) chapters. The discussions are divided into @25 chapter segments:
- Discussion 1 (8/02/08-8/04/08): Chapters 1-24, Pages 1-128
- Discussion 2 (8/07/08-8/09/08): Chapters 25-50, Pages 129-256
- Discussion 3 & Wrap-Up (8/10/08-8/11/08): Chapters 51-79, Pages 257-374

No really, I’m way behind after a long day out consulting. Right now I’m starting ch 4, but I’ll get more reading done in the next hour. I will catch up to you soon… wait for me!

And I got a copy of Sugarland’s new CD called Love On The Inside…I am rocking out to it while Mitch is in yet another phone meeting, he says that he can hear something, but I don’t have hear him chat his co-worker up…

Still on ch 23 here, mostly because I haven’t read a single page today. Not that I didn’t want to – it’s just a backlog of work that’s keeping me away. It is really a good read so far though, agreed.
